GAYNOR CROMPTON

BUSINESS OWNER AND TRAINING MANAGER

Gaynor set up First Priority Training and Consultancy Services in 2018 after several years of delivering freelance training. Prior to this Gaynor had 12 years experience working within training and development in the Further Education Sector.

Gaynor is passionate about providing a service which combines her love of working with people with her skills and knowledge in her field.

MARK BUSHELL

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Mark has over 10 years’ experience of working as Lecturer and NVQ Assessor within the Further Education Sector where he specialised in Sport Performance and Coaching. He also has a wealth of experience working in managerial roles within the Leisure Industry.

Mark’s role is to ensure that the quality of provision and service to our clients is maintained to the highest standards.
